1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding the ServerStats bot to your Discord server, using any of its commands, or visiting our website, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service while using our bot. Users must meet Discord's minimum age requirement to use our services.

2. Our Services

ServerStats provides a Discord bot that displays server statistics and counters, and an informational website at serverstats.bot. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
• Attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent any part of the bot or website.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or build a competing service based on our bot or website.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse our team or other users through our services.

Violating these rules may result in your access being restricted or removed, as described in Section 6.

4. Premium Features

ServerStats offers optional premium features that can be unlocked through a paid subscription or by boosting our support server. Premium access is tied to your Discord user or server and is non-transferable.

Premium features are provided on an as-available basis. While we work hard to maintain them, we cannot guarantee specific uptime or feature availability, and we may adjust or update premium features over time.

Third-Party Subscriptions

Premium access may be obtained through third-party platforms such as Patreon or Discord's built-in subscription system. You are solely responsible for managing subscriptions on those platforms. We cannot update, modify, pause, or cancel a subscription held through a third party, and we are not required to provide support for issues that originate with those platforms.

For billing issues, cancellations, or other subscription management on a third-party platform, please contact that platform's support team directly.

5. Refunds

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and, in the vast majority of cases, we are happy to process them. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.

• Refunds must be proactively requested, we are not obligated to notify or remind you of your eligibility.
• Only the original buyer or subscription holder may request a refund.
• Third-party platforms (such as Patreon or Discord) may apply their own refund policies, which we have no control over.

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] or via our Discord support server. For subscriptions managed through a third-party platform, you may also need to request a refund directly through that platform.

6. Restriction & Termination

We reserve the right to limit or fully remove access to any of our services (including premium features) for any user or server, at any time, without being required to provide a reason in advance.

This may happen in cases of misuse, violations of these Terms or Discord's Terms of Service, or at our sole discretion. We will generally try to communicate with you first when possible, but we are not obligated to do so.

If your access is restricted or removed, any paid premium access may also be suspended or permanently revoked, and your eligibility for a refund may be affected as described in Section 5.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ServerStats website and the bot itself (including its name, branding, and code) is the property of ServerStats. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the bot or website will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ServerStats is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our services. Your use of our services is at your own risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
